Hey kids!!


The LP is finally recorded and now it's just the final mix and record-cover to do... If everything goes as planned, the LP should be on your recordplayer/computer before the summer.
But since a lot of people have been harassing us about our slow progress in the studio/mixing, we'll give you a listen even though the songs are yet to be mixed. So there are 4 songs (rawmix, just as it sounded as we recorded) on the "Music"-section.



"Peri tämä maa". (a song about the fact that the world we leave for our children to inherit, will be just utter shit. "Peri tämä maa" means "Inherit the earth" in finnish...)

"Amerikanska bombmattor". (a song about a war in a country that's too far away for anyone to care... As long as the western world makes a profit, people just burp and change the channel. "Amerikanska bombmattor" is swedish for "American carpet bombing".)

"Afganistan 2010". (A few months ago two swedish soliders got shot to death in Afganistan. And somehow the swedish people and media find it shocking??? What the FUCK???? These guys (and girls) whent there by their own choice... So, what is there to talk about?? If you wanna play cowboys and indians, prepare to get shot at!!)

"Djävulens påfund". (a song about how it always feels like the people at the unemployment-office really try to make your life harder... It feels as if they are working against you instead of helping you!!)

Life is not just beer and d-beat... there are some bad news aswell:

Mattis has decided to leave VALJAKKALA after the recording of the LP. He does not have the time to be a member of the band, due to his two kids, work, record-label and MAKABERT FYND. There is just no time for rehearsing and touring with two bands. But he will of course be a close associate to us since he are one of the guys running SKRAMMEL RECORDS who are releasing the LP and helping us out with gigs.

That means that Anders will do the drumming, and we'll be looking for a guitar player to join us in the ranks of "hej-kom-å-hjälp-mig"-hardcore.
